Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product is defective
The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
To be eligible, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoice intact.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Products returned due to personal preference, taste, or change of mind
Claims related to individual results, as outcomes may vary based on body type, lifestyle, and usage consistency
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

Order ID
Clear images or video of the damaged/incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item is received and verified.
